Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
